All Camp X Instructors are HITS Certified. Camp X is the ONLY training entity that is authorized to teach the HITS Fighting System.
HITS TRAINING
The HITS System was developed by Henk Iverson over a 30 year period. Henk studied what actually happens to the human body under severe stress in close quarter, mortal fights. The effects of adrenalin on the body have a severe impact on performance under duress. Most students are taught sport tactics sold as “fighting”. Training is programming the human brain and you may get really good at something in a dojo or shooting range that could get you killed in an actual street fight.
The HITS System is unique in the sense that it integrates brutal empty hands fighting strategies, edged weapons fighting tactics, improvised weapons – battlefield pickups and ballistic weapons for use in confined spaces such as rooms, alleyways, vehicles, stairwells, against multiple opponents.

The system is easy to learn and remember, with devastating effectiveness in real world encounters. The HITS System eliminates all sport fighting and shooting that is sold as “fighting”.
The HITS System is taught as uniformity of motion and we keep complex sport fighting away from students. Empty hands strategies seamlessly integrate into edged weapon/improvised weapon use and then close quarters gun fighting.
To become a HITS Certified instructor is an 18 month, high intensity training regimen where candidates are hand selected for their teaching abilities, combat experience and skills. Camp X Instructors are the best of the best with a passion for teaching. Only selected personnel, personally trained by Henk Iverson, teach our curriculums.
